History |
VadaTech was founded in 2004 with headquarters in Henderson, Nevada as the brain-child of Saeed Karamooz, an engineer and entrepreneur with over 25 years of experience in leading innovation at high technology companies. Prior to GE Fanuc, Saeed was the founder and CEO of RAMiX Inc, where he was responsible for all aspects of operations, including hardware product design, sales, finance and administration. VadaTech, although a relative new-comer to the embedded computer marketplace, has behind it the brains and drive of experienced developers and engineers; filling a unique niche in the custom design space. |
Philosophy |
VadaTech is a dynamic company pushing technology to new limits. Focused on industrial-based systems, our vision transforms technology into ruggedized solutions for a variety of markets; especially the defense, aerospace, industrial control, and telecom/datacom industries. At VadaTech we differentiate ourselves from other embedded computer manufacturing companies by incorporating our customers' vision into the product specification and development process; all the way through to deployment. Our partnership philosophy with our customers expands their engineering resources, increasing their value. We customize our products to customer requirements, and we specialize in custom development for customers with very unique product requirements. Custom development is done for a minimal NRE charge, if any. We consistently meet our customers’ demanding schedules and expectations by collaborating effectively and efficiently with them to satisfy their specification requirements at a fair price. Throughout each project, we work closely with our clients to ensure that a high level of support and communication is provided from development through to successful deployment. Our collaborative approach to product development enables us to share "the power of vision" with our customers. |

RoHS Statement |
In the interest of promoting environmental responsibility, VadaTech has established a program intended to ensure product compliance with new environmental laws and directives. The most notable directive is called RoHS, or “the restriction of the use of certain hazardous substances in electrical and electronic equipment”. RoHS and similar directives prohibit the use of the following substances in products placed into the market starting on July 1, 2006:
VadaTech has systems in place to ensure on-going compliance with the RoHS directive. These systems include operating procedures that ensure these restricted substances are not utilized in any of the components we select during our design process. We also have procedures in place that ensure that the materials used throughout our manufacturing process are RoHS compliant. VadaTech certifies that, to the best of our knowledge and belief, our products conform to the requirements of the RoHS directive. * * VadaTech shall not be liable for any indirect, special, incidental, consequential or any other exemplary damages arising out of the information provided herein, or arising out of its provision of non-RoHS compliant products. |
Manufacturing Statement |
VadaTech's 20,000 square foot manufacturing facility is located in Las Vegas, Nevada. It is equipped with the latest in state-of-the-art equipment to meet your manufacturing needs. This facility combined with our staff’s many years of experience guarantee that the products that are shipped from our company are of the highest quality. Although we are an OEM, we still welcome contract manufacturing customers as well. No job is too big or too small. All products are designed and manufactured with compliance to the RoHS directive in mind. VadaTech maintains an AS 9100 certified management system. |
