Return Material Authorization (RMA)
For customers wishing to return product to VADATECH, Inc.:
If you experience a problem with any VadaTech products, please send an e-mail to support@vadatech.com. Please provide the following information in your e-mail:
- Product part number
- Quantity
- Serial number(s)
- Reported problem
- Screen shots (if applicable)
If you problem cannot be resolved by our support department, we will be happy to issue you a Return Material Authorization (RMA).
Return Material Authorizations (RMA) may be issued for the following: Warranty Repair, Out of Warranty Repair, Product Upgrade, Credit Return, and Evaluation/Loaner Return. The following information should be included when requesting a RMA:
- Product part number
- Quantity
- Serial number(s)
- Problem you are experiencing
Request an RMA by e-mail to rma@vadatech.com. If e-mail is not available then you can fax a request to 702-263-2182.
Please wait for a response from our RMA Department before you send any product back. You will be provided a RMA number as well as a copy of our RMA form to include with your shipment back to the VadaTech facility. All RMA’s should be returned to our manufacturing facility located at:
6853 S. Eastern Ave.
Las Vegas, NV 89119
Please note that RMA (s) are valid for 60 days.
If customer does not return the product within 60 days, then a new RMA will be required.
