VadaTech, a manufacturer of embedded boards and complete application-ready platforms, has announced a new Advanced Mezzanine Card (AMC) with four SATA III drives for nearly 2 TB of storage in one module.

The AMC623 is a mid-size, single module AMC. It can support RAID 0, 1, and 10 for striping and mirroring options. The four SATA III drives can provide a 6 Gbps data rate which is routed to the backplane via x2 PCIe lanes. The module is compliant to the AMC.1 specification. VadaTech provides a wide range of storage modules and solutions. This includes 2.5” Solid State Disk (SSD), 1.8” SSD, RAID Controllers, single and dual drive modules, and various combinations of these types. The company also offers a full suite of high-performance processors, FPGAs, graphics, network interface, and other modules in various architectures.
