The AMC102 is a single module, full size module based on the AMC.1 Specification. This patented (US 8472204 B2 & US 20110228474 A1) design allows a XMC module to fit on a single module AMC.The module provides PCIe Gen3 x8 to the XMC module. The J4 connector of the PMC/PrPMC is routed to the front panel of theAMC module. This modular approach allows an AdvancedTCA AMC carrier and μTCA Chassis to utilize the large numbers of XMC modules that are available in the market.
